OUR PROGRAM

Creating Safe, Stable, and Family-Centered Living Environments

CLEARPATH Community Services provides Sponsored Residential Services for children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) who would benefit from a supportive, family-centered living environment.

Our program is designed to provide individualized support within approved Sponsor Homes where youth can develop meaningful relationships, build life skills, increase independence, and experience a sense of stability, belonging, and community.

What is Sponsored Residential?

A family-style alternative to traditional residential care.

Sponsored Residential Services provide an alternative to traditional residential settings by placing individuals in carefully selected and approved family-style homes.

Each youth is matched with a qualified Sponsor who provides daily support, supervision, guidance, and encouragement within a safe and nurturing environment.

This approach allows youth to receive individualized support while experiencing the benefits of living within a family-centered home.
